I never knew there was a GMC version of the Blazer Chalet

Called the Casa Grande, interestingly enough, as it was much smaller than GMC's other offerings in 1977!

I spotted one right here in our little town of Aumsville. I thought it was the cleanest Blazer Chalet I'd ever seen until I looked closer. They now have it for sale online too.


For $35K, a well-done GMC 260 is probably looking pretty good on a price per square foot basis.

Since the last thing the Internet needs is one more dead link to an expired Craigslist ad, I've saved all the pics here for posterity. I don't think I've seen a better example of a Blazer Chalet/Casa Grande.

Thats a neat unit for sure!!! Too bad the Blazer didnt match the camper paint or vise versa as it would have made it a stunner. Thanks for sharing!
